Muy’Ono Farms provides an organic, integrated, farm-to-table dining experience for Muy’Ono Resorts. The farm is a collaboration between the resort chefs and the farm manager, who work hand-in-hand to decide what to grow and when to harvest, ensuring the perfect produce in every season. Each resort chef and mixologist curate special menu offerings based on the current seasonal ingredients. Muy’Ono Farm is located in Cayo, Belize and is growing over 400 different plant varieties with heirloom seeds that are nourished by pure canopy water.

Dining is a true experience at Thatch Caye and all Muy’Ono Resorts. As a collection of independent resorts, you can expect that each resort’s restaurant is also uniquely its own.
